EMI Center｜Full-time Assistant

Job Responsibilities：

1. Receive and process all incoming official documents (OA/OD) for the EMI Center.
2. Manage budgeting, reimbursement, and financial reporting for the EMI Center.
3. Coordinate the organization of meetings for the EMI Center and the Bilingual Education Steering Committee, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and document consolidation.
4. Handle general administrative affairs of the EMI Center.
5. Assist in implementing the Ministry of Education’s Bilingual Education for Students in Higher Education Program.
6. Support the execution of EMI-related tasks under the Higher Education Sprout Project and the university development plan.
7. Serve as the environmental safety liaison for the EMI Center, assisting with greenhouse gas inventory and reporting.
8. Act as the contact person for internal control systems and personal data protection management within the EMI Center.
9. Assist with MOOC-related EMI course development and administration.
10. Handle other temporary assignments and event-related tasks as needed.
